Quoi de plus détestable qu’une ambiance pesante en entreprise ? Les salariés comme les employeurs y sont sensibles et parfois contraints. De par la pression et l’état actuel du marché, nombreuses sont les entreprises dont le rouage est coincé.

 

Le manque de communication y est pour beaucoup et installe un environnement exécrable et démotivant auprès des collaborateurs. Cela affecte leurs performances au travail et ainsi leur rentabilité. Malmener et tyranniser ses salariés n’a donc aucune utilité à moins de vouloir se tirer une balle dans le pied. Les efforts doivent alors se tourner, non pas vers un  monde de « Bisounours » dégoulinants de tendresse, mais vers la communication interne. Je vais alors vous faire part de LA méthode permettant de communiquer efficacement avec ses collaborateurs.

 

“Accepter les différents profils et les différentes réactions.”

Manager une équipe, quelle qu’elle soit, requiert un certain profil avec du recul et du sang froid. En effet pour communiquer efficacement, il est nécessaire de comprendre la personne en face. Comprendre où elle est, où elle en est et où elle peut aller, dans son comportement comme dans ses ambitions. D’ailleurs, cela nous fait penser à la méthode AGILE.

Il est vrai, de par mon expérience récente en entreprise, que le comportement anti-communicatif d’un employeur et/ou manager agit directement sur la motivation. Avoir un échange relationnel compréhensif et respectueux peut largement contribuer à obtenir plus de performances et d’implication de la part des salariés. Dans le cas contraire, vous n’obtiendrez rien d’eux, au mieux, ou une vraie perte de temps et d’argent dans le pire des cas.

 

“Donnez une misère à vos salariés et c’est exactement ce que vous obtiendrez d’eux.”

 

Ce n’est pas un rapport de force qu’il faut instaurer dans les relations professionnelles, car personne n’en sort gagnant, et encore moins l’entreprise, mais une relation égalitaire basée sur le respect et la reconnaissance. Et nous allons voir comment arriver à créer des relations internes efficaces.

 

“Ce qui ne s’adapte pas meurt.”

Le maître mot est donc l’adaptation. L’objectif est en conséquence, d’adapter sa stratégie de communication interne selon les collaborateurs. Si l’on ne peut connaître sur le bout des doigts chaque salarié, heureusement les profils psychologiques humains peuvent se diviser en 4 grands attraits.

Selon William Moulton Marston, psychologue américain, l’être humain est caractérisé par l’introversion, l’extravagance, l’émotion et le cérébral. Chacune de ces caractéristiques sont des axes sur un schéma cartésien. Les abscisses situent le côté introverti et solitaire d’un bord, et le côté extravagant et avenant de l’autre. Les ordonnées indiquent en son sommet le cérébral et conformisme, et à son pied l’émotion et l’empathie.

En basant chaque énergie aux 4 coins du graphique de ?, nous arrivons à dessiner les grands attraits répartis par couleur : le rouge, le bleu, le vert et le jaune. Chaque individu est [animé] par une énergie, donc une couleur, principale. Les 4 couleurs se retrouvent dans chacun, mais à différent pourcentage. On peut alors définir une manière de communiquer principale, avec des ascendances nuançant le comportement de l’individu suivant le contexte.

La psychologie est un atout majeur dans la communication en général mais devrait être plus intégrée dans le milieu professionnel. En effet l’entreprise est un mécanisme ou chaque engrenage doit tourner. En cas de défaillance de ce mécanisme, aucun bénéfice ne peut en être tiré. Et en tant qu’être humain sensible et intelligent, un travail de communication se doit d’être mis en place pour offrir le meilleur environnement pour chaque collaborateur. Ainsi la méthode DISC est la meilleure solution pour créer motivation et implication dans chaque entreprise.
